Tracking System (ITS). If

system's Start menu. Click on 'Start'
button located on your system's taskbar, then click on
'Programs', then on 'Issues Tracking
System', then on 'Uninstall Issues Tracking
System' menu item.
You have to be member of
Administrators group in order to uninstall the
Issue Tracking System.
Uninstallation
Options
You choose your ITS uninstallation
options depending whether you want to install the
Issue Tracking System on the computer again in the future and
whether you want to preserve your existing issues
records. For example when you just want to change
location of ITS binary and ASP & HTML files then you might do
it by uninstalling ITS and then installing it again
into different folders.
- Delete Issues Tracking
System files option
This option is
always checked and not modifiable and will cause
Issue Tracking System
binary, ASP and HTML files to be deleted from the
computer.
- Clean ITS products /
product categories records option
If
you want to install the Issues Tracking
System (ITS) on the computer again and to use
your current products /
product categories settings for the new
installation then uncheck this option. When you
install the ITS on the computer again then ITS setup
will use present ITS product / product
categories
information in the new installation without need to
re-type it.
If you check this option then
current ITS products / product categories
settings will be uninstalled
and their settings lost.
- Unregister ODBC Data
Sources used by Issue Tracking System
option
If you
want to keep ODBC Data Source used by Issues
Tracking System (ITS) after you uninstall the ITS
then uncheck this option. For example if you want to
install ITS on the computer in future again you might
want to keep ITS ODBC Data Sources together with your
product / product categories
settings.
If you check this option then
ODBC Data Source currently used by ITS will be
uninstalled and their settings lost.
- Delete Database files used by
Issue Tracking System option
If you want to keep existing
ITS installation's database files then uncheck this
option. ITS uninstallation will then not delete
database files used by ITS ODBC Data Sources. You
might want to keep these files if you want to keep
your issues records or if you plan to install ITS on
the computer again in the future with it's
current databases.
If you
check this option the Database Files used by ITS (only
MDB (Microsoft Access) files) will be deleted from
your computer.
- Unregister Issue Tracking System
License from the computer
If
you check this option then current ITS license key
will be deleted from the computer.
Uncheck this
option if you want to keep ITS license key on the
computer. For example if you want to install ITS on
the computer again in future then when you uncheck
this option during uninstallation then next ITS
installation will automatically use current ITS
license key without need to retype
it.
