Issue Tracking System allows to track issues of multiple products / product categories.  You can select product / product category using drop down list located on most of the ITS pages in the right top corder of a page.

Since ITS allows to specify different rights for each product / product category, your rights to browse, file or update issues might be different for newly selected product than for the product  you originally logged in or have previously selected.
