Issue Organizer Overview

Issue Organizer was a web based Issue Tracking System (Bug Tracking System). It provided tools for collecting, browsing, prioritizing and managing product issues. Kept issue changes history. Notified by e-mail about issue status changes which kept product users, managers and developers informed about the issue state. Allowed users authentication / login. Allowed to define multiple products / product categories and to specify users access rights differently for each product.

Issue Tracking Systems are essential for software development and deployment. However, they can be used with great benefit in other areas, such as building / apartment complex management, hospital management, store management, insurance claim management, development and deployment of such products as cars, computer hardware or drugs.
