Issue Management

• Allows to define multiple products / product categories
• Allows to enter, search/browse and update issues
• Keeps issue changes history
• Notifies by e-mail about issue status changes

Security

• Allows to add, update and delete user accounts, provides user authentication (login)
• User rights are controlled by user roles. An user can have many roles for a product, such as administrator, developer, end-user.
• An user might have different roles for each product.
• Product settings allow to make some product available just for product developers, while other product can be available for customers (end-users) also.

Database

• Uses Windows-integrated Microsoft Access database engine, can use any ODBC database such as Microsoft SQL server.
• Scalable, uses one database per product, databases are typically stored on single computer but can be distributed on multiple computers to boost performance
